Orders You will receive an email confirming your order and another email when your order has been shipped. |

Shipping We ship with USPS and UPS. If you need to be able to track your package, please choose UPS. Please remember that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you must ship to a P.O. Box, you must choose to ship your purchase via USPS or your order may be delayed. |

International Orders We are happy to ship international orders and will advise of the shipping charges based on your location. |

Payment We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. |

Sales Tax Florida residents are required to pay 6% sales tax, our shopping cart will add this automatically. There is no sales tax for shipments outside the state of Florida. |

Returns/Refunds Retail customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. All returns must be shipped via a trackable service such as UPS. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your money in full if you are not satisfied with your purchase unless the merchandise has been damaged other than via shipping (see Below). |

Returning Damaged Merchandise All items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of item to verify damage. Damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped upon approval. Any damaged merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. |

Cancellations You may cancel your order without penalty prior to shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and for the return shipping. |

Privacy Policy We value your privacy and guarantee that all information will be kept confidential and never given or sold to third parties. Any information collected is for site improvement or shipping purposes only. |
